All day hunting clinics

Morning meet, greet, port, tea & coffee followed by a morning session of fascinating exercises and rider skill development for riding in the hunting field. A proper wine and dine lunch and a few slow-motion videos from the morning. Afternoon riding session with a some short hunting lines. Followed by tea and cake to finish.

Taster Clinics

2hr taster session in to the training concepts specifically devised by Jo for a successful days hunting.

The clinic will focus on the core principles of an effective and safe team round, highlighting a repeatable structure and techniques for confident riding.

It is aimed at riders new to team chasing, as well as those looking to step up from Novice to Intermediate level, and provides an excellent opportunity for a solid schooling session ahead of the season.

Private Lessons

All About Jo

Jo Aston is an experienced rider and coach, with a coaching career spanning over three decades.
She has represented Great Britain in the sport of Eventing, and has had the privilege of training with some of the best coaches in the world.

Hunting has been a real passion for Jo, and she has hunted with 35+ packs throughout England, Ireland and France.

Her popular Hunting Clinics are a masterclass of training concepts specifically devised for hunting people, elevating their partnership with their horse, and ultimately their enjoyment and success on a day’s hunting.

Join Jo to learn the foundations to successfully crossing the country. Beginning small (but precise), you’ll learn to “think like a horse” and the rider responsibilities that achieve reliable jumping results.
