Lottie has really helped me out taking on and schooling a horse which wasn’t right for me and which she found a buyer for in the spring. She then found me a lovely new horse Blackie who I’ve kept on at Priory Court and is coming on brilliantly. It’s a relaxed yard and everyone is always helpful and friendly. I trust Lottie’s advice would recommend her to anyone.

I absolutely recommend Lottie Crocker and her yard. She is one of the most helpful and loveliest horse woman iv’e had the pleasure of knowing. She has always gone out of her way to help me and my mare and the atmosphere of her yard and all the other clients and livery’s is brilliant. It feels like one big happy family 🙂 Facilities are fantastic and the limitless grazing and fields and hacking mean me and my horse has never been happier.

I found Lottie through a friend, just as I had almost given up finding the right place to bring on my lovely new Forest pony. He had been broken in but there were no suitable jockeys to bring him on and he was wasted just stuck in a field. Lottie took him and in a few weeks he looked like a different pony, schooling well, but she also got him jumping – in the school or cross country and he loves it! A brilliant job. I would recommend both Lottie and her facilities.

In early 2012 i bought a youngster of Lottie having previously leased a horse from her, having experienced both leasing and being a livery i can highly recommend both of them. Lottie has taught me valuable lessons with regards to schooling my youngster, a first time for me. Both of my horses are very settled at priory farm and the atmosphere is great no matter what age you are.

I didn’t know too much about Lottie’s set-up but she had been recommended to me by a friend so in November last year I sent her my 6-year-old Irish cob to sell. He was turned out for a couple of months and brought in in January since when she has worked him in the school and over the cross country course. The transformation has been amazing, he has come on so much and Lottie has now found him a fabulous new owner who I’m sure will go far with him.

I would not hesitate in recommending Lottie – she has a gift with horses and knows how to get the best out of them, she was always on the end of the phone and handled the selling process in a very professional manner

I have been a livery at lotties yard since july 2012 and have been very settled there as have my horses. Having competition horses its hard to find a yard to cater for there high specification needs and i felt i was welcomed with open arms from everybody at priory farm. My horses seem very happy and settled at Priory farm and Lottie and her family have been very accomidating with regards to what fields i have how i have my stables and the day to day care of my horses. The facilities at Priory have been a Godsend this winter with the indoor school, i cannot wait for the weather to cheer up a bit so i can make use of the fantastic cross country course and gallops too. Priory has a young fun atmosphere and it is a delight to be a livery here.

I got recommended lotti through a freind who sent her pony to be backed and i was so impressed how that came back that i sent my 16.3hh youngster to be backed and also decided to send my other halfs horse who we had been having problems backing after he broke my ribs and nearly broke my leg, lotti did wonders with them and once home took my youngster hunting his first hunt being the big boxing day hunt he was so well behaved people couldnt believe he had only been broken in 4 weeks. The other halfs horse is now teaching a complete novice to ride. Im very pleased with all the work lotti did with them and will definetly be sending my other youngster to her come backing time.

I’ve waited ’til my late forties to buy my first horse and found her at Lottie’s. Goldie is a joy to own and we’ve formed a great bond. She has been sensitively schooled by Lottie and then advertised as a beginners horse – and she is exactly as described. She is such a quick learner and so willing to learn. She works in a really nice outline and has great paces – she has a fantastic walk which I’m told is the most difficult to get right!
Goldie and I will hopefully be doing our first Walk and Trot dressage test in a couple of months and if we don’t do well it will certainly be my fault and not hers.

I trust Lottie implicitly and would recommend her to anyone looking for a horse.
Thanks Lottie – I’m sorry you won’t get repeat business from me as you’ve already sold me my one in a million!

Well after the work Lottie did at our yard with my mare i decided to move her over to Lottie’s for further schooling and to get her hacking out. Lottie has done wonders with both myself and my mare, my confidence has grown over the last 3 weeks as has my youngsters.
I have been hacking her out 4/5 times a week with Lottie usually for over an hour, Lottie has a real understanding of both horse and rider and knows how far and how fast to push both.
My mare comes home at the end of the month and has grown up so much since going to Lottie’s, I look forward to boxing her back over to enjoy more of the hacking that Lottie has to offer.

Lottie has only visited my unbroken 4yr old twice so far and has already backed her!
Lottie is a fantastic horse woman who really understands them and how to get the best from them.
I have been thrilled with the progress she has made with my mare and would recommend her to anyone, her prices are very reasonable and prove she loves her work.

Lottie was recommended to me through a friend who knows how hard I am to please when it comes to my horses.

Initially I sent one horse over to Lottie to be schooled and then sold. She was brilliant – always at the end of the phone and she sold my lovely boy within 4 weeks. She found him his perfect home. I was so impressed with Lottie’s attitude that I have also sent a mare over to her to be backed and in the near future I will be entrusting her with my favourite youngster to back and bring on.
It is rare to find these days someone who clearly loves and understands horses but who can also produce horses to such a high standard. Lottie sees each horse as an individual and all training is done based on that horse. She is a star in the making!
